Your right to cancel You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving a reason.

How to request a return or cancellation Log in to your account at account.ghostrunclub.co.uk, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request.

Returning items Once you've notified us of your cancellation, you must return the items within 14 days. Items must be in their original condition.

Refunds We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds include the standard outbound delivery cost you paid at checkout.
